50+ DVAC members peered virtually into the private studio of returning favourite acclaimed watercolourist Margaret Roseman. Member artists were treated to a presentation on how to translate plein air photos into vivid watercolour paintings.
Margaret shared her masterful methods of determining her scheme for background, middle ground and foreground, thus identifying dark, medium and light in the “rule of thirds” to plan her simplified value scheme.
