PA DAY AT KEW BEACH, JUNE 17, 2016

Georgia Bowen had enjoyed the Riverdale paint-out so much that she
scheduled an extra PA day at Kew Beach. Seven DVAC members (Georgia,
Barbara de Beaupre, Sue Simington, Judy McKenna, Jenny Reid, Theo
McLaren, and Nerissa Pineda) answered the call. It turned out to be a
perfect summery day – gentle warm breezes, blue skies, plus plenty
of admiring folks. The children were especially appreciative: “ WOW!
Beautiful!” — a really discerning tyke exclaimed. On a more serious
note, based on the number of people praising Georgia’s work (which
Georgia incorrectly attributed to her being positioned just beside the
walkers’ path), we thought it’s about time she got herself an
agent.
